ATA's structured interviews profile applicants' specific work experience, educational background, work preferences, and interpersonal skills. This process enables ATA to unveil a uniform picture of the relevant details of each applicant. This, in turn, allows ATA to select employees who best match the client's requirements and who can rapidly adapt to the client's work environment.
ATA requires applicants to provide a minimum of two references prior to the employee's first assignment. This process allows us to verify employment history, skill, and in many cases, uncover additional job-related, interpersonal information useful in making assignment decisions. Our recruiters also have experience completing additional background checks, including detailed security screens, and drug testing, depending on our clients' needs. ATA routinely conducts basic office skills and software evaluations.
