Staff Augmentation ATA provides trained professionals as needed to augment the staffs of clients in both the public and private sectors. We provide temporary and long-term personnel, both technical and administrative, to fill most job openings within client organizations. Candidates for available positions are screened by ATA and only qualified finalists are presented to the client for final selection. ATA personnel work side-by-side with employees of client firms as extended members of the client organization. Wages, taxes, and fringe benefits are paid by ATA before we bill our clients at the agreed-upon intervals.
ATA’s professional staffing services are tailor-made for firms anticipating rapid personnel mobilization or just looking for a more economical way of hiring professional help. After utilizing our employees for 90 workdays, clients may choose to hire proven ATA performers as their permanent employees without incurring additional cost. Clients are then free to negotiate a salary directly with the ATA employee. In addition to our many Federal contracts, ATA has staffing contracts in place with the State of New Mexico, Bernalillo County, and the City of Albuquerque.
Homeland Security Providing trained personnel for state and federal homeland security efforts is our specialty. We possess a facility security clearance, which enables us to recruit and employ cleared personnel as required. Currently, ATA employees are working on projects that require various levels of clearances granted by the U.S. Department of Energy (Q Clearance) and the U.S. Department of Defense (Secret). Our projects range from guarding and controlling access to federal facilities, to working on classified projects. Our in-place Federal Supply (GSA) Schedule contract, featuring pre-negotiated bill rates, enables state and federal agencies to access ATA personnel on an expedited basis.
